BRD General Assembly is the highest decision making boy of the organisation, which held once a year. Where the board of directors governs BRD through the provision overall strategic direction to the organisation, oversees the performance of the executives and policy development. BRD board of directors meet 4 times a year, who review the organisation, work progress, budget and compliance with the organisation with its bylaw, policies and procedures and follow on the implementation of its decision. The board also provide financial oversight, through creating and establishment policies, procedures and internal control and then ensure compliance with the policies and procedures, such as review and approves annual budget, organisation financial statements and external audit report. The members of the board directors have relevant experience and expertise.
