BRD under its culture heritage program completed damage assessment of culture heritage sites in Ghani and Ningarhar provinces of Afghanistan. 19 site (Stupas, Archaeological site, Historic Buildings) were found in need of repair/ protection. The assessment was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Culture Heritage in Afghanistan through generous support from Prince Clause Fond (PCF). The next step will be to to encourage the relevant donors and supporting organization to support BRD in protection of these national assets.
